Introduction to this course: As the second lecture following Law of Obligations 1, this lecture provides detailed understanding of each different contract including Contract of Sale, Loan, Lease, Contract for a completed piece of work, Mandate / Negotiorum Gestio, Partnership Agreement, etc. Among the issures, Seller's obligation in a Contract of Sale will be presented in an extensive scope.
