It is crucial that students as part of their education be allowed to exchange opinions more through active participation in discussions or presentations, not only among their own classmates but also with peers abroad, whereby different perspectives may be heard. As university students, we propose a brand-new educational model using information and communications technology (ICT): P.I.C.T.U.R.E. - a means of giving students opportunities to exchange opinions across borders.
