This course provides basic principles and methods to evaluate environment and resource. It studies issues related to valuing environmental resources such as air, water, ecological system and land. In addition, natural resource as well as energy resource will be studied. It covers various methods including benefit/cost analysis, project appraisal, resource evaluation, environmental value methods and real option analysis.
